You must be at least 13 years of age to use Dev. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian. By using Dev., you represent that you meet these requirements. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account creation: You need an account to access most features on Dev., including career guidance, job search, resume building, and course recommendations. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid phone number for OTP verification.

Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity associated with your account. Do not share your OTP or account access with anyone. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Non-transferable: You may not transfer your account to another person or use another person's account without permission.

You agree not to misuse Dev., including by:

• Attempting to access data or accounts without authorisation.
• Interfering with the security or operation of the platform.
• Using automated scripts or bots to scrape or collect information.
• Posting or transmitting unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Violating the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

You are responsible for any content or communications you submit through Dev.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Dev. By posting or uploading content, you grant Uniq Global Labs Pvt. Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Dev. may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (job boards, course providers, analytics tools, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, performance, or outages.

Some features of Dev. may require payment. By submitting a payment method, you authorise us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees. Subscription plans, if offered, renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a one-time refund or credit in limited cases such as duplicate charges or verified technical errors.

Dev. provides career guidance, job recommendations, and productivity support. It does not offer legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your career decisions and any outcomes arising from your use of the Service.

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive messages from us, including OTP codes, account updates, job alerts, and promotional content. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Your use of Dev. is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Dev. at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Dev. is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uniq Global Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use Dev.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uniq Global Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Dev. after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
